The Town of Occoquan will host Castaways Theatre as they present the true story of playwright Artie Van Why's experience surviving 9/11 in New York City and how he coped with the changes that experience brought into his life. By sharing his thoughts, fears, and hopes the audience is transported back to that day in September that changed so many individual lives and our country as a whole. That Day in September describes what it was like to be standing in front of the twin towers that morning and what it was like to be in New York City after that fateful day. Free to the Public.
