This winter, couples can celebrate their love in a unique and intimate setting in the picturesque Town of Occoquan. On Friday, December 12, 2025, the Prince William County Circuit Court Clerk, Jacqueline Smith, in collaboration with the Town of Occoquan, will host “Seal the Deal,” a special event for civil celebrant weddings and vow renewals.
